Join our growing network of schools delivering the year-long Ambassadors Programme for young people aged 11–13.
Together, we're creating opportunities for young people to reconnect with nature, develop their leadership skills, strengthen their confidence so they can take meaningful action and reignite a great love for the planet.
Whether you're just beginning your sustainability journey or building on existing work, we'll support you every step of the way.
A growing movement
We're currently working with 18 schools across London, Kent and the south coast of England, supporting more than 500 young people annually.
Applications for our 2027/28 programme are open all year round. If you'd like to explore whether the Ambassadors Programme could work in your school, we'd love to hear from you. Register your interest below and we'll keep you updated.
While many schools begin with a one-year programme, our strongest partnerships develop over several years. By working together over time, we help schools embed meaningful environmental learning and create lasting whole-school change.
Access to funding
A fund of up to £5,000 is available to support cover requirements, an applicable TLR and costs to the school associated with supporting this programme.

The suite of training, support and coaching on the programme is a
great incentive and development opportunity for a teacher looking
to grow in their career.
Personal development
We equip young people to be responsible, respectful, active citizens who contribute positively to society, while developing their resilience, confidence and independence.

Allocating a passionate teacher to drive and implement the Ambassadors Programme in their school.
Arranging for the whole year group to attend a Launch Day with supervising members of staff.
Supporting
the nomination of up to 30 Ambassadors to join the programme, if applicable.
Allocating supervising members of staff to go on retreat and provide pastoral care at night.
The option to support Year 12 as mentors for the Ambassador cohort.
Organising travel to a London site for a Nature Connect day, with supervising members of staff.
Providing classroom space and committed teacher for all the workshops delivered in the school.
Supporting a selection process to find the young people to go on retreat, if applicable.
